Prefixes: Sept 12, 2013

We started class by continuing to work on our sight words.  Everyone is making awesome progress with these so keep up the good work!  After our sight word practice we spent some time journaling....

We followed that up by working on learning some prefixes.  By learning the prefixes it will help us decipher the meaning of words that we come across that we may not initially know the meaning of.  Here we are using dictionaries and group effort to figure these words out!
